For their 10th Anniversary, Links2Care, an award-winning provider of early intervention services and programs, wanted to show case the past 10 years which had seen tremendous growth, including their new expansion of services into the community health arena that complement the myriad of social care programs already being offered. This milestone provided an opportunity to review the road travelled and look to the road ahead with a renewed vision and plan.

To highlight this milestone, Links2Care came to us with the request for a fresh new look to their annual Community Impact Report and Strategic Plan brochure.
After learning about the impact Links2Care has had in the community, their vision and plan, we transformed the old design with a clean, contemporary look using bold photo imagery and illustrations highlighting the various types of services offered by Links2Care over the years. Ordinary data and statistics were simplified and reorganized using bullet points, fresh new infographics and clean flat illustrations.
